Booking, confirmation and cancellations: After you have agreed to the safari arrangements, you will pay a small deposit of $ 700 per person which we then use to confirm your travel arrangements in Tanzania. 90 days before your safari starts you will pay 20% of the total safari price as we must pay the lodging and park fees at that time. The balance of your safari cost is to be paid 45 days before the start of the safari. If you are booking your safari within 90 days then we will require 20% of the total safari cost and the balance will be 45 days prior to your arrival Your payments may be made in one of the following ways: a bank transfer from your bank to ours; a certified bank draft to our benefit; a charge to your credit card. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
and we also receive payment through Paypal accounts. The payment process will be explained in more detail after the planning of your safari is complete and you have accepted our proposal. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations are only effective upon our receipt of written notification, signed by the client. If cancellation is made prior to 90 days before departure, your $700 per person deposit is forfeited. The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the trip price, is as follows:
