Amir Shabani ( Chief ) is an experienced safari guide with an unmatched instinct for East African wildlife and ecosystems. Born and raised in the Oldeani area near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Amir’s passion for the bush began early. After completing his formal training at the Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute, he served as a park ranger in the conservation area until the mid-1990s. Driven by a lifelong dream to share Tanzania’s natural heritage directly with visitors, he transitioned into guiding. Today, he uses his deep operational background and sharp tracking instincts particularly during critical wildlife events like the Mara River crossings—to provide guests with an authentic, smoothly managed safari. Brian Mengoriki is the Lead Guide for Ecological Wilderness Adventure. Born and raised in the Ngorongoro Crater, Brian’s connection to the African wilderness started early. As a student, he spent his free time shadowing his uncle, a Park Ranger on the Crater floor, learning the rhythms of the ecosystem firsthand. To back up this lifelong practical experience, Brian completed advanced training in wildlife management and conservation biology across East and Southern Africa. Today, he personally oversees the planning and execution of every safari, combining deep local knowledge with strict attention to detail to give guests a truly genuine wilderness experience. George Saiguran is a certified wildlife guide who specializes in nature and immersive cultural tours. With over six years of field experience, George blends a deep personal connection to local traditions with a sharp, practical knowledge of the bush. He holds an official Tanapa guiding license and is widely recognized for his exceptional tracking skills, frequently locating rare and elusive wildlife away from the crowded paths.
