Materuni Waterfall & Coffee Plantation Tour

Drive from Arusha to the Chagga village of Materuni on the lush foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Participate in a hands-on coffee workshop — pick ripe cherries, roast them over an open fire, grind by hand, and taste the freshest Arabica coffee imaginable. Hike approximately forty-five minutes through banana and coffee plantations to the spectacular 80-metre Materuni Waterfall with an option to swim. Return to the village for a traditional Chagga lunch prepared by local women. Drive back to Arusha in the afternoon.
