Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Referred travelers must be new customers who have never booked or traveled with Ecological Adventure before.
- Separate Bookings: The referral discount is not applicable if the referred traveler is on the same booking or sharing accommodations with the referrer.
- Using the Code: The referred traveler must provide your unique referral code at the time of booking to receive the discount and for you to earn the credit.
- Discount Application: The $150 discount for the referred traveler is applied at the time of reservation and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Deposits and Insurance: Referral discounts cannot be applied toward the non-refundable tour deposit or optional travel insurance.
- Applying Credits: Referral credits cannot be used for the non-refundable deposit on a new booking. After the deposit is paid, credits can be applied to the remaining balance.
- Credit Issuance: Referral credits will be awarded within one month after the referred traveler pays their deposit.
- Combining Credits: You can combine multiple referral credits and apply them to any current or future bookings with a remaining balance.
- Single Use per Credit: Each referral credit must be applied in full to a single booking. Any unused amount after the booking balance is paid will be forfeited.
- Expiration: Referral credits are valid for two years from the issue date and must be applied to a booking before they expire.
- Program Validity: This referral program is effective as of [Today’s Date] and is subject to change.
