Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Registration: After you have agreed to the safari arrangements, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the total safari cost which we then use to confirm your travel arrangements. The balance of your safari cost is to be paid 60 days before the start of the safari. If you are booking your safari within 60 days then we will require 100% of the total safari cost prior to your arrival. 2. Payments: Your payments may be made in one of the following ways: a bank transfer from your bank to ours; a certified bank draft to our benefit; a charge to your credit card. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and we also receive payment through Paypal accounts. The payment process will be explained in more detail after the planning of your safari is complete and you have accepted our proposal. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations are only effective upon our receipt of written notification, signed by the client.
- 91 days or more prior to safari start – deposit retained by us.
- 50 – 90 days prior to safari start – 50% of the total safari cost retained by us
- 49 days or less prior to safari start 100% retained by us
